Tapathons

Tapathons are a UK national fund raising event in aid of Children In Need, inspired by the Performance Project. Thousands of tap dancers across the UK perform the same routine at the same time, synchronised to a Youtube video.

In 2019 7612 tappers took part across the UK raising £38,300 for Children in Need. The 2020 world record attempt event took place on November 15th. Numbers have not yet been released.
